The Institute has 4 main operational objectives:
The CEO of GroConsult Management Consortium, Mr. Romeo Jones Tetteh is the Ghana Country Director for The American Academy of Financial Management.
His roles include:
- Identifying prospects for International Corporate Training, specifically to enhance Corporate Productivity and Profitability through Human Capital Training.
- Organizing and managing Chartered Wealth Management, Training sessions throughout the year with Banks, Insurance Companies, Stock Brokers, Micro-Credit, Securities dealers and other Corporate Financial Managers.
RONALD H. BROWN INSTITUTE FOR SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA
The Ronald Brown Institute is a brain child of the former U.S. President, Bill Clinton who initiated the Institute to honour Ronald Harmon Brown (Secretary of Commerce, 1993-1996), for his outstanding contribution towards advocating and negotiating for Black economic empowerment in the United States of America and in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The Institute has 4 main operational objectives:
- Human Capital Development initiative.
Thus financing, paid Internships for young graduates who graduate from Tertiary Institutions in Africa to have Corporate exposure, experience and expertise. - Business Promotion through corporate Seminars, Workshops and Training projects undertaken by the participants.
- Business Creation through a Business Incubator and organizing Business Innovation awards
- An Endowment Fund to ensure the continued sustenance of the initiatives of the Institute.
GroConsult Management Consortium’s major role with the Ronald Brown Institute is to solicit and advocate for internship vacancies and placements in companies for young graduates with any degree or diploma specialization who exhibit an extraordinary passion for innovation, excellence and outstanding contribution towards achieving the corporate goals and objectives.
